When you have placed your order via our website, you will receive a confirmation email that is sent to the email you provided at the check out.
We have an amazing team which process orders immediately and aim to ship within 48-72 hours.
Please note certain products may be handmade products (clays and feltie’s) or made in store products (felt backed fabrics) or larger orders take a little longer to prepare but please note each and every ounce of love has gone into making these products for you and time is needed for this. Once your order has been prepared, picked and packaged, we then create your postage labels and your parcels are collected that evening by our courier.
You will receive a shipment email when we create the postage labels.
You can access your tracking number via your account and on order history.
We understand rush orders are needed sometimes and we can offer this service, however this needs to be arranged before placing the order. Please email our order manager Sarah and we will do the best we canfor this to be arrnaged.
There will be additional costs to organise this but this will be arranged before placing the order.
We create pre orders when we have a popular fabric arriving and its a great way to secure your fabric.
It will clearly be dated on the product desciption when the fabric is due to arrive so please make sure you read the product description carefully. In the rare event there is a delay with the fabric, you will be sent a courtesy email with all relevant updates.
Honey Bee Craft Store Ltd was one of the first craft suppliers in the UK to offer this facility of a 'Buy now Pay later' option.
We work with four companies which are Clear pay, Klarna., Partial.ly and Lay-Buy to provide a variety of payment options to suit all needs.
Each Company has specific features in which would support the way you would like to pay.
Our buy now pay later option 1 is for where you can place an order and your order is shipped immediately and payment is required at a later date which is organised through a third party company.
You will require an account with them and a very gentle credit search may be required.
These companies are Clear Play and Klarna.
In addition we do have another buy now pay later option 2 which is where you can place your order make a small deposit and make regular payments or a one off payment 30 days later and we will ship your order once full payment has been made.
These companies are called Lay-Buy and Partial.ly
Our Lay-buy option supports the pay pal account holders and our Partial.ly supports all other card payments.
With all our products we do try to maintain stock levels but from time to time, we manage to nab ourselves some super exclusives or limited edition products. Unfortunately with these products we have limited availability, however we will state this on the product description so you can purchase the sufficient quantity's for your crafty project.
In addition we do have a facility on our website in which if your required product is out of stock, you can leave your email address and when we upload that specific product you will be notified immediately via the email so you don't miss out again!
As our business is rapidly growing and we are receiving lots of orders, we sometimes experience overselling on our website. However, as we have amazing suppliers who ship to us weekly, you may have a note on your packing slip which will state an item is 'to follow.' This means we will be sending your fabric/ fabrics within a week. We cover these costs and thank you in advance for your patience.
If there is something 'to follow' that's more than a weeks wait due to a Manufacturing delay, we will call you or send you an email with regards to a refund, exchange or confirm a waiting time.

As you all know these products are very popular and as a company and a super fan of Sizzix we will be restocking weekly. Within this is mind there may be a delay on our turnaround times with certain Sizzix products. However we will let you know via our website and we will send emails as and when required. The delays will not exceed 10 days.
