If you wish to return your unused, undamaged item/s, please contact us through email - We will then arrange for you to post the item back to us and we will replace the item or refund you as required. Item/s must be returned in saleable condition and secure packaging, you must obtain proof of postage for your return and post using a Tracked or Signed For postage option - If your return does not arrive with us we cannot process it.

Please include a copy of your invoice in your return as otherwise your refund/replacement will be delayed. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving the item/s and will be refunded in the same way you paid (card refund/Paypal).

* Contact must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. We do not refund postage unless the item/s is faulty.


Refunds are sent the email address on the order via Paypal or refunded to your card if you checked out with Create Payments.

Please note: Any materials made for you (felt fabric: Artist designed faux leather: printed Fabrics) Cut ribbons, Die Cuts, and Bow Templates are non-returnable/refundable.

Sheets of glitter/faux leather/velvet/fabric felt, etc must not be folded for posting, as this damages the fabric and will void your return claim. Unless the product is an A3 as this cant be helped.

Missing Items: If you receive your order and there is an item/s missing or damaged please immediately photograph your order as is, and send us an email message (within 48 hours of receiving your order) with the photo attached and let us know what is missing. We cannot replace missing items without this photographic proof.
Some Fabrics might need to be returned as we may need to investigate the quality.

Scissors: By purchasing scissors you are agreeing that you are over 18 years of age.

Materials: We do our best to cut items as accurately as possible but there may be +/- 1cm difference in the stated size of material.
